What is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy, often referred to as psychotherapy or counseling, is a collaborative process between a therapist and client. Rooted in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment to talk openly and confidentially about personal concerns, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

By exploring your emotions and thoughts in depth, you'll gain insight into yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that might be holding you back. The objective isn’t just to alleviate immediate pain or distress but to equip you with the tools and strategies to enjoy long-term emotional health and well-being.
